| My flight back home with the plane in the reflection went remarkably well yesterday. At the sight of all those brands of whiskey I always ask myself why the Irish “water of life” (literal translation of the gaelic term) costs about half of the Irish price in Germany.

| Back in Ireland we go to Aldi and I ask myself why basketfulls of Paracetamol, Aspirine and those quite strong throat lozenges are available at the discounter and in Germany you have to pay much more because they are only available at pharmacies. Both discounters are near our main airport so we have to go shopping whenever somebody goes abroad. Our main supplier is a healthfood retailer but there is still enough to buy at the discounters.
